Ok here you go I have installed Windows 7 on Panasonic CF-18 after updating the Windows 7 only 4 drivers left
Video, Sound and Touchscreen with Mouse.
After long run I found out that Video Driver will be updated by Windows 7 also. But the rest of the drivers included in

Panasonic CF-29 Touchscreen Driver
I need to recalibrate the touchscreen on my CF-29 but for the life of me can’t find the app to do so!
After you install the drivers below.

Go to Control Panel the Mouse you should have Touchscreen Tab.
There is a button in there to start the calibration sequence.
In addition to that, you can go to util. And look for a touchscreen driver.
From there, you can click the calibration tool.
